The Royal Malaysian Customs Department (JKDM) in Kelantan seized 1.72 million smuggled cigarettes during a raid on a house and MPV in Kampung Babong on May 7th. The raid, valued at RM1.48 million including the MPV and taxes, took place at 10:30 am. Director Wan Jamal Abdul Salam led the operation.
