The Yang di-Pertuan Agong congratulated Johor Motorsport Racing (JMR) on their success at the GT World Challenge Asia in Buriram, Thailand. JMR's victory in the second race and second-place finish in the first were considered a meaningful gift for the Agong's birthday. He specifically congratulated his son, Tunku Abdul Rahman, and teammate Ben Green, while encouraging his other son, Tunku Abu Bakar, to persevere. Tunku Abdul Rahman now leads the Pro-Am category. This is JMR's second victory this season, following a win at Sepang in April. The next race will be in Fuji, Japan.
