Suraini Mohamad, 46, died in a motorcycle-lorry collision in Kuala Pegang, Baling. Her mother, Fatimah Ismail, 73, shared that Suraini was observing a voluntary fast at the time of the accident, a practice Suraini often reminded her mother about. Suraini worked as a caregiver for the elderly and was described as close to her mother, frequently sharing religious knowledge. The accident occurred while she was returning home from work. Her funeral will be held after a post-mortem at Kulim District Hospital.
