Three people died and two remain missing after a boat capsized near Klang Sailing Club Jetty. The incident occurred around 4 p.m. during a test drive following repairs. Negligence in not wearing life jackets is believed to be the primary cause of the tragedy. Six individuals were onboard at the time.
