The Lutheran Church in Taman Midah, Kuala Lumpur, was extensively damaged by a fire on Sunday evening. Firefighters responded to the emergency call at 8:38 pm and deployed 35 personnel and five vehicles to the scene. The fire, which destroyed 80-90% of the single-story building, was brought under control by 9:21 pm. The cause of the fire and estimated damages are currently under investigation by the Fire and Rescue Department's forensic unit.
