Sibu Division Chinese Community Leaders Association president Temenggong Dato Vincent Lau urged responsible dog ownership during a free rabies vaccination drive at SJKC Tong Ah, Selangau. He emphasized the importance of vaccination, licensing, and proper care for dogs to protect public health and safety. Lau thanked the Veterinary Services Department, local leaders, and volunteers for their collaboration.
