The Selangor Islamic Religious Department (JAIS) advised the organizers of the eHATI family motivation program in 2022 following complaints from former participants. JAIS Director Datuk Mohd. Shahzihan Ahmad said the complaints linked eHATI to several inappropriate issues unsuitable for a family motivation program module. JAIS summoned the individuals involved in 2022, advising them on prohibited practices. The organizers were advised against certain practices based on the complaints.
