The #JanganKenaScam campaign has increased awareness of scam tactics like fake SMS messages and suspicious links. While public awareness is rising, fear remains a factor in scam victimization. Trust in banks' protective measures has also increased, with 76% of respondents satisfied with their bank's effectiveness.
