The Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) will receive the ANKA-S Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) from Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) in Phase 1 next year. Deputy Defence Minister, Adly Zahari, stated this acquisition is part of the 13th Malaysia Plan (RMK13) and the Capability Development Plan 2055 (CAP55). The Ministry of Defence is committed to ensuring the nation's defence capabilities and readiness are at their best. The UAS/UAV acquisition will enhance the armed forces' firepower, mobility, communication, and logistics across land, air, and maritime domains.
