16-year-old Malaysian surfer Lucas Santiago Wehle made a strong start for the national team at the 4th Asian Surfing Federation (ASF) Asian Surfing Championships in Mahabalipuram, India. The championships are being held from August 3-11. Wehle's performance was an early highlight for Malaysia in the competition.
