The Social Security Organisation (PERKESO) of Malaysia has strengthened its social safety net through Memoranda of Cooperation (MoC) with three strategic partners: Penang Regional Development Authority (Perda), Johor Family Development Foundation (YPKDT), and One Hope Welfare & Charity. This initiative aligns with the Madani government's push for collaborative systems across agencies, prioritizing citizen well-being alongside material development. The Social Synergy Program, launched in 2017, aims to ensure comprehensive aid coverage and has facilitated nearly 50,000 aid prospects since 2019.
