The developer of the Residensi Wilayah Aman Lumayan project is considering Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim's suggestion to build a vertical school within the development. This is to accommodate the educational needs of residents and the surrounding community. Discussions will be held with Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and the Federal Territories Department to review requirements in line with the 'madani' housing concept. The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of such facilities, including pre-school to secondary education, in large housing projects. The developer acknowledged the land constraints in urban areas and the need to prioritize essential amenities.
