The Road Transport Department (JPJ) conducted an operation on the Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas), issuing 252 notices for various offences. Common excuses for expired road tax and driving licenses included forgetfulness and lack of time. 76 drivers were found without licenses, 51 with expired road tax, and 49 without insurance. Four cars and four motorcycles were seized. The operation also targeted illegal vehicle modifications, such as non-compliant headlights and modified exhausts.
