Astaka Holdings and Kimlun Corporation have commenced construction on Arden, a 68-story residential service project in Johor Bahru, part of the One Bukit Senyum development. With a gross development value of RM800 million, Arden will house 618 premium serviced residences and is expected to be completed by 2030. Designed as an international landmark within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, it will be the second tallest building in Johor Bahru upon completion. The project boasts hotel-standard amenities and an Integrated Hotel Accommodation Management model for maximizing returns.
