Bintulu's new Yayasan Sarawak International Secondary School will be located in Jepak New Township and follow the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) syllabus, benchmarked against Cambridge University standards. Catering to students from Years 7 to 11, the school will include the Cambridge Checkpoint Year 9 assessment. This follows the success of the Petra Jaya branch, where the first cohort achieved a 100% pass rate in English, Mathematics, and Science.
