Kopeks, the Sabah Government Employees Cooperative, has become the first cooperative in Sabah to operate a health clinic. Taking over the former Sahabat Clinic from Koop Sahabat, Kopeks rebranded it as KCare Klinik. This initiative adds to Kopeks's existing services and demonstrates the cooperative's commitment to serving the community beyond just business pursuits.
