PKR Secretary-General Dr. Fuziah Salleh will officiate the PKR Youth (AMK) and Women's Congress in Johor Bahru. She replaces Deputy President Datuk Seri Rafizi Ramli, who declined the invitation. The congress is scheduled for tomorrow night.
