A 79-year-old woman, Hasmah Husin, died after falling into a well behind a house in Kampung Lumpur, Alor Pasir, Pasir Mas. The public retrieved her body before contacting the fire department. Fire and Rescue Department personnel arrived at the scene around 12:35 pm and confirmed her death. The operation concluded at 1:30 pm.
