LRT3 Might Begin Operations Later Than Expected
The launch of the LRT3 (Shah Alam Line) in Malaysia, initially slated for September 30th, faces further delays. Prasarana, the operator, is currently conducting 24-hour testing and commissioning activities, with a possible revised launch date of October 31st, though this remains unconfirmed. The project, announced in 2016, has seen the number of stations reduced from 26 to 20, including interchanges at Bandar Utama (MRT Kajang Line) and Glenmarie (LRT Kelana Jaya Line). The line aims to improve connectivity between Klang and Petaling Jaya.
