Sepang police are searching for three men suspected of stealing cables after a video of the act went viral on social media. The 56-second video shows a black Proton Perdana with three men pulling cables in a Dengkil housing estate. Police received a report from Telekom Malaysia and investigations revealed the car had a fake registration number. The stolen cable is a 100-pair copper overhead cable, 200 meters long, with an estimated loss of RM10,000. The case is being investigated under Section 379 of the Penal Code.
