Sabahans in Peninsular Malaysia are urging the government to address key issues ahead of the 17th Sabah State Election. These include implementing Undi18, resolving outstanding Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) claims, creating more job opportunities for graduates, and establishing proper postal voting arrangements. The concerns were highlighted during a dialogue with student representatives, who emphasized the need for easier voting access similar to the facilities provided for Indonesian nationals during their elections. The dialogue also addressed the lack of job opportunities and the unresolved 40% net revenue entitlement for Sabah under MA63.
