The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and the Malaysian Border Security Agency (AKPS) will collaborate on operations and training to enhance border security and integrity. MACC Chief Commissioner Azam Baki expressed support for AKPS and offered assistance in tackling corruption at border checkpoints. He acknowledged challenges in addressing existing issues within AKPS and suggested incentives for border officers to boost morale and integrity. AKPS Director-General Mohd. Shuhaily Mohd. Zain welcomed the collaboration as a platform for exchanging views on operations and corruption prevention.
